7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At Aura By Zahid (ABZ), we commit to offering a premium experience. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong size/variant, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange:
Apparel: Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Perfumes: Due to hygiene and the nature of luxury fragrances, perfume bottles can only be returned or exchanged if they are completely unopened, unused, and still in their original sealed plastic packaging.
Once the seal or box is opened, it cannot be returned unless there is a physical defect in the bottle (e.g., a broken spray pump).
Shipping Costs: If the mistake is from our side (wrong item or damage), we will bear the shipping. For size changes or mind changes, the customer will be responsible for sending the parcel back to our hub.
