1. The Early Morning Discipline: Spiritual and Physical Foundations
My day started at 4:30 AM with Fajar prayers. In this transformation journey, discipline on the prayer mat translates directly to discipline in the gym. After providing my soul with spiritual nourishment, I moved to my first physical meal at 5:00 AM.
Meal 1: 500g Yogurt.
I choose yogurt because it is a digestive powerhouse. For a successful abs workout, bloating must be at a minimum. Probiotics in yogurt ensure your gut health is optimal,
making your midsection look flatter and more defined. A clean gut leads to a clear mind, which is essential when you are managing a growing business.

2. Fueling the Core and the Mind
At 7:00 AM, I consumed my second meal: 2 slices of milky bread, 2 spoons of peanut butter, 30 raisins, and 7 almonds. This provides the complex carbohydrates and healthy fats necessary to power

By mid-day, after Zohar prayer and a clean meal of boiled rice and lentils, I began working on the future of my brand. While Aura By Zahid has established itself in the luxury perfume market,
my vision for this transformation journey includes the launch of ABZ Apparel. ABZ Apparel is designed for the modern athlete. During my abs workout, I realized the need for clothing that moves with the body. We are currently sourcing premium fabrics like Pima cotton
and Nylon-Spandex blends to ensure that when you are performing a heavy abs workout, your clothing provides the perfect balance of compression and breathability. The “Aura” isn’t just a scent; it’s a look, a feel, and a lifestyle.

4. The Main Event: The 4-Step Abs Workout Routine
After Asr prayer and a light snack of dry fruits, I hit the gym. Today’s session was designed to hit the upper, lower, and lateral (obliques) parts of the midsection. Here is the technical breakdown of the abs workout I followed:
